SAFETY IN THE SCIENCE CLASSROOM

• prepare a safety brochure that teachers 5th graders about lab safety (w-m)
• Brochure includes an attention getting cover
• Include at least 5 safety rules and why they should be followed 
• Explain what happens if  safety rules are not followed.
• Include pictures of safe and unsafe actions or safety symbols.
• complete the safety exam in skyward (w-m)
• have mom or dad sign your yellow safety contract (return by friday)
• complete the padlet activity (w-m)
• create a "travelling science story" (friday)
